The BoutMATRIX Matchmaking Database is provided exclusively for matchmaking activities conducted by registered Club Competition Secretaries. It is not a marketing or commercial contact resource. This service is designed to facilitate safe, fair, and compliant bout arrangements between verified clubs.
Full database access is granted once your club profile is reviewed and verified as genuine by BoutMATRIX. Verification ensures the integrity and authenticity of all participating clubs and their competition secretaries.
Clubs must keep their information current and accurate. Lists that are not regularly updated may be removed to maintain the relevance and integrity of the database. Access may be withdrawn for non-compliance with these terms.
Any misuse of information—including email addresses or personal data—for commercial, promotional, or non-authorized purposes is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action under applicable data protection legislation.
Users must not attempt to scrape, download, or systematically collect data from the database for purposes other than legitimate matchmaking activities.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information is collected and processed solely for the purpose of facilitating legitimate boxing matchmaking activities between verified clubs. Matchmaking views between clubs are minimised: other clubs do not receive exact medical expiry dates, registration numbers, or other internal administrative identifiers that are not required to arrange a fair, safe bout. Junior parent/guardian contacts are never shared with other clubs, and under-16 boxers require safeguarding consent before matchmaking. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
While reasonable efforts are made to support accuracy and reliability, the database is provided "as is" without warranty. BoutMATRIX accepts no responsibility for accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliance placed on the data. Users must exercise their own care, enquiries, and judgment before arranging bouts. All bout arrangements remain the sole responsibility of the participating clubs.
New clubs may activate a complimentary access period when completing onboarding. Unless stated otherwise at sign-up, the free period runs from your activation date through March 1, 2027.
During the free period you may use BoutMatrix matchmaking and club management features at no charge. After the free period ends, continued use may require a paid subscription at the rates published at that time.
The free trial does not auto-renew into a paid plan. You are not charged when the trial ends unless you separately choose and confirm a paid subscription. BoutMatrix may change trial length or eligibility for future sign-ups; terms accepted at onboarding apply to your club for the period you agreed to.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to access and use the database will cease immediately.
